As a Parts Advisor at TTE, I do more than just supply parts—I help keep operations running smoothly. Alongside assisting customers with their orders, I coordinate delivery routes for our van drivers to ensure efficient logistics. I also manage goods-in, checking parts on arrival, booking them into stock, and invoicing customers. Additionally, I run low-margin reports to track and analyse sales performance and oversee health and safety processes.
What I love most about my role is the variety—every customer has a different request, which keeps the job interesting and engaging. I bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team, always aiming to lift spirits and create a fun, supportive working environment. Whether it’s solving problems, helping colleagues, or getting stuck into any task, I’m a team player who’s always ready to help.
