As Key Account Manager at TTE, I work closely with key customers, including Royal Mail and Müller Wiseman Dairies, ensuring strong, trusted relationships and providing 24/7 support. My focus is on delivering outstanding service and total customer satisfaction because, at the end of the day, our customers have choices—we need to make sure they continue choosing us. Building relationships on a personal level is just as important as delivering great service, and I believe that trust is the foundation of long-term business success. I’ve been part of TTE since January 2008, starting as a Van Driver before moving into Parts Advisor, General Manager, and now Key Account Manager. Over the past 17 years, I’ve learned a huge amount, grown as a person, and developed a deep passion for the company. I love what I do, and there’s nothing better than hearing positive feedback from our customers. With strong product knowledge—particularly in engine components—I help customers find the right solutions while always bringing a “yes, we can do it” attitude. Whether it’s a phone call, an email, or an in-person visit, I support my customers and my team every step of the way. My approach is simple: I give 110% to everything I do, and I won’t stop until the job is done. What I love most about my role is the variety—every customer has a different request, which keeps the job interesting and engaging. I bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team, always aiming to lift spirits and create a fun, supportive working environment. Whether it’s solving problems, helping colleagues, or getting stuck into any task, I’m a team player who’s always ready to help.
